An Ottawa man has been charged with unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon and unlawful delivery of a controlled substance. The Trident Drug Enforcement Narcotics Team says they arrested Joseph Reynolds Thursday after an investigation into drug activity at his home in the 500 block of E. Marquette St. The 50-year old Reynolds was already on probation after pleading guilty last year another unlawful delivery charge. Agents allegedly found cocaine, marijuana, money, and packaging used with the sale of drugs during a search warrant. Reynolds was taken to the LaSalle County Jail with a bond set at $1 million.
