New court dates were set for the Streator man accused of shooting at a Trident drug agent last year. 20-year old Courtney Perkins will be back in court on June 2nd. His trial was set for June 12th. A public defender represents Perkins after he wanted to hire a private attorney last month. His alleged partner, 26-year old Alaina Cravatta, is supposed to be in court next week. She was being arrested by the drug agent when Perkins allegedly fire the shot. She’s been charged with aggravated discharge of a firearm. Both are also charged with unlawful delivery of a controlled substance.
