A Marseilles man charged last week with aggravated unlawful use of a weapon and possession of a rifle without a FOID card wasn’t arraigned in court this week. 22-year old Caleb Davis was allegedly on a mission to kill someone when he was arrested on Orange Ave. by Marseilles police last week. Prosecutor Matt Kidder says a grand jury hasn’t heard Davis’s case, so they don’t want to arraign him on charges until they do. He’s scheduled to be back in court on April 14th.
