The man whose body was found on the river-walk in Ottawa Wednesday morning was 56-year old David L. Ebert of Ottawa. LaSalle County Coroner Rich Ploch says not all the autopsy results are in yet, so he’s not saying what happened to Ebert. Ottawa police say they don’t suspect foul play. Ebert’s body was on the river-walk south of Main St. across from Ottawa High School.
