59-year old Randy D. Barile of Marseilles was charged with failing to register his new address as a sex offender Thursday. He was taken to the LaSalle County Jail by LaSalle County Sheriff’s Deputies. Sheriff Adam Diss says the department was doing sex offender and violent offender compliance checks with the Illinois State Marshals Office. 78 compliance checks were done and only three offenders were found out of compliance.
