>>Report: Bears Sign LB Tremaine Edmunds

(Lake Forest, IL)  —  The Bears are making a splash on the first day of the NFL’s legal tampering period.  ESPN is reporting that Chicago is signing linebacker Tremaine Edmunds to a four-year, 72-million dollar contract that includes 50-million dollars guaranteed.  The former Buffalo Bills defensive captain will be signing the largest four-year contract for an inside linebacker in the NFL.  The Bears are also inking former Eagles linebacker T.J. Edwards to a three-year, 19.5-million dollar deal and are set to sign guard Nate Davis and defensive end DeMarcus Walker to three-year deals. 

>>Blackhawks Host Bruins

(Chicago, IL)  —  The Blackhawks will try to snap a three-game losing streak when they host the Boston Bruins at United Center tonight.  The Blackhawks are coming off a 3-1 loss to the Lightning on Saturday.  Chicago is in last-place in the Central Division with 50 points and a 22-38-and-6 record.  In other team news, the Blackhawks signed forward Ryder Rolston to a three-year entry-level contract yesterday.

>>Bulls Prepare For Kings

(Chicago, IL)  —  The Bulls are gearing up for their home game against the Sacramento Kings at United Center tomorrow night.  The Bulls are on a two-game winning streak after beating the Rockets 119-111 on Saturday.  Chicago is in tenth-place in the Eastern Conference with a 31-and-36 record.

>>Cubs Take On Rockies

(Mesa, AZ)  —  The Cubs go up against the Colorado Rockies in a Spring Training game at Sloan Park tonight.  The Cubs are 10-and-6 in exhibition play this season.  Justin Steele will take the mound for Chicago.

>>White Sox Play A’s

(Glendale, AZ)  —  The White Sox host the Oakland Athletics in a Spring Training game at Camelback Ranch this afternoon.  The White Sox are 7-and-6 in exhibition play this Spring.  Dylan Cease will take the hill for the Southsiders, looking to shake off a rough start last time out.

(Undated)  —  In college hoops action tonight, Bradley takes on Wisconsin in the first round of the NIT Tournament.
