LaSalle County Clerk Jennifer Ebner needs about four dozen more election judges. She has a lot more Democrats than Republicans on her list now, so to balance the numbers, she’d like 40 Republicans and seven Democrats to step forward. Ideally, there would be three election judges at each precinct.
Election Day is April 4. Election judge training will be on Wednesday and Thursday this week and Saturday next week. Being an election judge is a paid job that you must commit an entire day to. The County Clerk’s number is 815-434-8202.
