Oglesby City Commissioner Jason Curran says it’ll cost a lot more than the state’s offering to replace all the fire hydrants he wants to. But he says the state is finally coming through with a $135,000 grant. Curran says three hydrants don’t work. Nine more are in poor condition. The city council this week approved going out for bids.
