The Ottawa Elementary School District approved spending $59,500 on a used school bus last night. It will be used to help take students with disabilities to school. Supt. Michelle Lee says it’s not like a regular school bus.
The district won’t have to wait on getting the used bus unlike several new school buses they purchased last spring. Lee says supply chain issues are causing delays.
She says it could take until August before the district gets them.
