Students living in LaSalle, Bureau, Putnam, Livingston, Marshall, Lee, and Grundy counties are eligible to apply. The foundation says they must be enrolled at a university for the 2023 school year and must have graduated from a high school, trade school, junior college, or home-school. Applications are available at all area high schools and Illinois Valley Community College. They are due by Wednesday, March 1st and must include two letters of recommendation, answers to relative essay questions, and the application itself. They can be turned in on the foundation’s website. You can also find the scholarship list and submit applications.
