In Local Sports, tonight right here on 1430 WCMY and 93.5 FM the Ottawa Lady Pirates will take on Lasalle-Peru at Kingman Gym in the Class 3A Regional semi-final. Tip is scheduled for 7:30 with the broadcast beginning at 7:20. In other girls high school hoops, Serena rolled Dwight 56-35, the Marquette Lady Cru defeated Gardner-South Wilmington 65-38. Lily Craig led with 17 and Avery Durdan added 16. Seneca won over Beecher 58-22 and Newark beat St. Bede 64-55. In boys high school hoops, Marquette fell to Sandwich 64-61. Tommy Durdan led with 14 and Alex Graham chipped in 11. 

>>Bulls Lose To Magic

(Chicago, IL)  —  The Bulls are on a four-game losing streak following a 100-91 loss to the Orlando Magic at United Center.  The Bulls kept the game close, but they never led after the first quarter.  Zach LaVine poured in 26 points in the losing effort.  Chicago is in 11th-place in the Eastern Conference at 26-and-31.  The Bulls visit the Pacers tomorrow night.

>>Blackhawks Visit Canadiens

(Montreal, QC)  —  The Blackhawks will try to get back in the win column when they visit the Montreal Canadiens at Bell Centre tonight.  The Blackhawks lost to the Winnipeg Jets 4-1 on Saturday.  The loss was Chicago’s third in their last four games.  The Blackhawks remain in last-place in the Central Division with 37 points and a 16-30-and-5 record.

>>Illinois Visits Penn State

(University Park, PA)  —  The Illinois Fighting Illini look to stay hot when they visit Penn State at Bryce Jordan Center tonight.  The Illini beat Rutgers 69-60 on Saturday to earn their fourth win in their last five contests.  Illinois is in fourth-place in the Big Ten with an 8-and-5 conference mark and a 17-and-7 record overall. 

>>Notre Dame Takes On Duke

(Durham, NC)  —  The Notre Dame Fighting Irish aim to avoid a four-game losing streak when they visit Duke at Cameron Indoor Stadium tonight.  The Irish are coming off a 93-87 loss to Virginia Tech on Saturday.  Notre Dame remains in 13th-place in the ACC with a 2-and-12 conference record and a 10-and-15 mark overall.

(Undated)  —  In other college hoops action tonight, DePaul hosts St. John’s, Northern Illinois visits Ball State, and Valparaiso welcomes Southern Illinois.
