Keven M. “Wolfie” Wolf, 59, of Naplate, passed away Friday, February 3, 2023 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria.

A funeral ceremony will be held on Saturday, March 25, at 1:00pm at Ottawa Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 10:00am until 1:00pm prior to the service Saturday, at Ottawa Funeral Home. Burial will be in Zeeland, North Dakota at a later date. Cremation rites have been accorded to Ottawa Funeral Home.

Keven was born February 9, 1963, in Ashley, ND to Morgan James and Bonita (Kiesz) Wolf.

Keven was a dedicated public servant all his life. He worked for the Naplate Police and Fire Departments, was a retired member of the Ottawa River Rescue Squad, and retired as a Sergeant from the North Utica Police Department in 2017. Keven was also extremely dedicated to US Silica; recently celebrating his 40th year. When he wasn’t working, he was an avid outdoorsman; he loved to hunt and fish. He enjoyed football, and was a huge Vikings fan. He will be remembered for making the best Bloody Mary, an excellent “story teller”, extremely dedicated to the communities he served, and being the best dad, grandpa, brother, uncle, and friend to all.

He is survived by his two sons, Mike (Jamie) Wolf and Morgan (Shannan Leutner) Wolf; his grandchildren, Colin and Ashlynn Wolf; his mom, Bonita Wolf; his siblings, Sharon (Jim) Hatzenbuhler and Chris (Sara) Wolf; his step daughter, Tara Conrad; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Morgan J. Wolf.
