Sen. Dick Durbin says the police brutality case in Memphis isn’t isolated. He said on ABC’s This Week, it happens all over the country.
The U.S. Attorney for the western district of Tennessee, Kevin Ritz, says there will be a civil rights investigation into the death of Tyre Nichols. But he says it won’t involve the whole department. Durbin says Congress could look into it though.
