Ottawa City Hall’s putting together a plan to get downtown business employees to park in city lots instead of on the streets where customers usually look. There’ll be a meeting on it at City Hall at 7pm Thursday, January 19. Police Chief Brent Roalson says the talk will also cover the not well known parking validation program.
