A LaSalle County grand jury approved charges Tuesday against a Streator man accused of robbing the Streator Community Credit Union. 27-year old Charles Spencer is scheduled to be back in court Thursday. His alleged partner, 24-year old Tyshawn Stewart, is already in state prison for drug and burglary convictions. The bank was robbed in July last year. The grand jury also approved charges against 33-year old Connor Bartolucci. He allegedly broke water spigots at some downtown Ottawa businesses in late December. His first court date is scheduled for Wednesday. Police said more charges against Bartolucci could come later for specific damages to the downtown businesses.
