Two local high school seniors will be chosen for scholarships from the Ottawa Business Builders organization. It’s offering $1,000 each to high school seniors graduating this spring and who live in the 61350 ZIP code. The idea is to pick people who will eventually start businesses in the Ottawa area. The application deadline is April 21.
