The Streator Community Credit Union was held up six months ago and Streator police believe the men who did it are now behind bars. Police arrested 27-year old Charles Spencer east of Streator Monday afternoon. Twenty-four year old Tyshawn Stewart of Merrionette Park is already in a state prison for drug and burglary convictions. Both are accused of armed robbery.
