It’s easier to turn at the intersection of Main, Commercial, and Broadway streets in Marseilles. Especially if you drive a big truck. The city’s realignment project at the south end of Main finished in late 2022 and is one of our top stories of the year. In a city laid out in the horse-drawn carriage days, the off-kilter crossing at Main St. wasn’t a problem. But times have changed and the city decided the time had come to change the intersection.
