Many OSF Healthcare employees are making $1 more per hour as of Sunday. The health care system says it raised its minimum wage from $15 to $16 per hour at most locations. Employees in the Chicago metro area are up to $18.08 for their minimum. OSF employees in Michigan aren’t affected by the increase, because they’re covered by a labor contract. OSF says this is the fourth minimum wage increase it has given its employees in seven years.
