Although there won’t be countdown for it, Light Up Knudson Park will happen right after the Holiday Magic Lighted Santa Parade in Marseilles. Tourism and Park Committee Member Kathy Kocher says park will have many different displays.
The parade starts at 6pm at the Illinois Valley Cellular Building on Saturday, December 3rd. It will go from Main St. to Washington St. and then from Chicago St. to Lincoln St. where it will end at Knudson Park. The Brookfield 4-H aces will serve hot chocolate and the Masonic Temple will serve free popcorn. Chili and other desserts will be served as well. Children will also be able to meet and take a picture with Santa. For any other questions people can call 815-795-2414.
