A Streator Northlawn Junior High School student is a winner in the Illinois American Water art contest. The theme was “water keeps life flowing”. Payton D. submitted a drawing called Everything Needs Water. For each of the 26 winners from schools all across Illinois where the company provides water, the company is sending $100 for their classrooms to use.
