Ottawa City Commissioner Marla Pearson says three leaf vacuum crews will start the rounds Monday.
The east side is one of the first neighborhoods to get the leaf vac. So is the area north of W. Norris Dr. and west of Illinois 23. And on the south side, the first area is south of Gentleman Rd. and east of Illinois 23.
People should rake their leaves out to the curb or next to the street, but don’t put leaves in the street.
