Many cities in LaSalle County have the same time for trick-or-treating on Halloween Monday. Kids and parents will be able to trick or treat from five to seven in Streator, Marseilles, LaSalle, Peru, Seneca, and Mendota. Ottawa and Grand Ridge trick or treating times will be from six to eight. Earlville’s will be from four to seven. Utica has trick-or-treating hours from 5:30-7:30.
