Ottawa City Hall is hiring Fehr Graham Engineering to get things started for a second sewer treatment plant. Commissioner Tom Ganiere says there’ll be a lot of paperwork.
The city hasn’t decided where the second sewer plant should go. Ganiere says a good place would be near the Ottawa Industrial Park. The city needs a second one because the first one is close to handling the most volume it can.
