Christina M. “Tina” Reynolds, 71, of Ottawa, passed away Sunday October 16, 2022 at Pleasant View with her girls at her side.
Visitation will be held Friday October 21, 2022 from 3:00pm – 6:00pm at Ottawa Funeral Home followed by Memorial Services at 6:00pm with Fr. Michael Driscoll officiating. Burial services at St Columba Cemetary will be at a later date.
Tina was born August 14, 1951, in Ottawa, Il. to Eugene and Tomasita (Padilla) Panti.
Tina was a Sheriff Deputy for LaSalle County for 35 years and was a member of the Union. She was the first female deputy and was extremely proud of her time with the department. She loved spending time with her grandkids, going to their sporting events, fishing trips to Wisconsin and of course going to the river boat with the girls.
She is survived by her two daughters, Gina (Allen) Stoudt and Angela (Josh) Friestad; her grandchildren, Taylor Morgan, Ryann and Reagan Stoudt, Caitlin (Brandon) Clary, and Katelyn and Beau Friestad; her great-grandchildren, Karson Morgan-McGeorge, Elliana and Emmeline Clary; her sister, Annie (Mike) Norsen; her three brothers, Thomas Panti, Lawrence (Sue) Panti, and Alan (Kim) Panti; her ex-husband Randy Reynolds and her caregiver, Janina Dagiene.
Tina was preceded in death by her parents and her favorite dog, Brutis.
