Steven Martuzzo, 67, of Pontiac, passed away Monday, October 3, 2022 at OSF St. Joseph Medical Center in Bloomington. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11:00 am on Monday, October 10, at St. Columba Church, with Monsignor Mark Merdian officiating. Visitation will be from 9:30 am – 10:30 am prior to the service at Ottawa Funeral Home. Burial will be in St. Columba Cemetery.
Steven was born May 26, 1955, in Peru, IL, to William and Marian (Marzetta) Martuzzo . He married Elsa Valdez on October 31, 2009 in Pontiac. He worked at Caterpillar as a Machine Operator.
He is survived by his wife, Elsa; his brothers, David (Linda) Martuzzo of Peru IL and Michael (Doria) Martuzzo of Fort Worth, TX; his stepmother, Betty Martuzzo of Oglesby, IL; three nieces, Julie (Matt) Hayes, Jennifer Martuzzo and Melissa Martuzzo, and one nephew, Matthew Martuzzo.
Steven was preceded in death by his parents. Memorials may be directed to the family.
