Some people call it “brain drain” when lots of young adults learn valuable skills and leave their hometowns for jobs. Gina Czubachowski, Executive Director at the North Central Illinois Economic Development Corporation, wants to keep young adults in this area. She’s holding a talk called Reversing the Exodus at Illinois Valley Community College in Oglesby at 5pm next Wednesday, October 12. To make it work, she wants young adults to give their views.
