Streator woman accused of changing locks at house she illegally lived in

A Streator woman is accused of not renting the apartment she lived in, even though she changed the locks on the doors. Police say 54-year old Donna Casey-Schultz cut the lock off a house, moved in, and installed her own locks. She’s charged with property damage and trespassing. Casey-Schultz was charged on Monday and was let go with a court date. Police say the home’s in the 400 block of S. Vermillion.
