The Illinois Valley Chamber of Commerce and the Illini Valley Association of Realtors are hosting a commercial property open house. The event will have interested businesses look at properties in LaSalle, Peru, Utica, Oglesby, and Spring Valley. IVAC Executive Director Bill Zens says anything commercial can be shown.
He says it’s a great opportunity for businesses to show off their properties.
Anyone interested in showing properties can turn in an application to the chamber starting September 9th, but Zens says he won’t turn down an early applicant. The event will be on Saturday, October 15th starting at 9 am at LP High School.
