Illinois AG: theft ring broke into businesses in 20 counties including LaSalle

Six people are accused of breaking into buildings in 20 Illinois counties and stealing money from video gambling machines. The Illinois Attorney General’s Office says they broke into restaurants, bars, and clubs with gambling machines and stole around $400,000.

Forty-two year old Brian Morgan of Plainfield is already in prison for something else. Thirty-one year old Alyssa Slouka of Glen Ellyn, Giulia Wuttke, and her son Gino Wuttke were arrested. Police are still looking for 40-year old Lucas Bailey of Wilmington and 41-year old Syed Zaidi of Romeoville.

The businesses they’re accused of stealing from include some in LaSalle County and several neighboring counties.
