A 35-year old man is charged in Grundy County with sexually assaulting a child under age 13. Published reports say Brian Yarbrough lives in Earlville. Grundy County court records show his address is in Newark.
The things Yarbrough’s accused of doing allegedly happened two years ago. After an investigation that began this summer, police obtained a warrant this week. Yarbrough turned himself in.
His bond is $100,000. Yarbrough is to be in court on September 15 to enter a plea and possibly have a trial set.
