There was no Riverfest parade this year, but Ottawa’s putting on a fall parade on Sunday, September 25th. It will be the day after Scarecrow Fest. The parade committee wants to hear from people and organizations that can enter scarecrow and Halloween themed floats. It’ll be a short route, from Washington Park to the Jordan Block. The committee also wants other entertainment and activities downtown that day.
