St. Rep. David Welter and St. Sen. Sue Rezin will co-host a kids safety expo next weekend. It’ll be from 9:30am to 12:30pm Saturday, August 6 at Morris Elementary School. Thirty-five local and state agencies, businesses, and non-profits will be there.
Children can get identification kits and haircuts. And they and their parents can learn about nutrition, conservation, and more. Everything is free, but those going are asked to consider taking a box of diapers or a container of baby wipes to donate to We Care of Grundy County.
