The high community transmission level of COVID-19 in LaSalle County means indoor mask mandates again in some places. The Illinois Waterway Visitors Center on Dee Bennett Rd. is one of them. The Army Corps of Engineers says if you’re inside the building, you’ll be expected to wear a mask. You can take it off outside on the observation deck.
