Regina “Reggie” M. Vance, 62 of Streator passed away Thursday morning (July 14, 2022) at OSF St. Elizabeth Medical Center.
A visitation will be held Monday (Jul. 18th) from 10 am until 12noon at the Winterrowd Funeral Home with services following and cremation rites accorded, and private family burial will be in St. Anthony’s Cemetery.
Reggie was born on March 4, 1960, in Streator to Robert and Rosalie (Bresney) Teegardin. She married Thomas Vance on June 18, 1983. He survives.
Also surviving are children, Adam (Brandi) Vance of Streator, Abby Vance of Carbondale, and Aaron Vance of Streator, 1 grandson Jace, brothers Bob (Laurie) Teegardin of Princeton and Mark (Stacia) Teegardin Bradenton, Fl, sister Kim Teegardin of Streator and several nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents.
Reggie attended St. Anthony’s grade school and graduated from Streator High School in 1978. She retired from Circle-K north in 2020. Reggie was of the catholic faith.
Reggie enjoyed drawing, coloring, art, swimming and was a lifeguard at the old YMCA.
Memorials may be made in her name to the American Lung Association.
