An afternoon court date was set for the Mokena man accused of stabbing 21-year old Grace Taylor of Ottawa last year. Assistant State’s Attorney Greg Sticka says prosecutors are looking at autopsy photos in the case for 30-year old Michael Swift. His trial date is scheduled for July 25th. Swift is also accused of trying to hire a hit man to kill two people involved in his murder case while he was jailed in Kendall County. After leaving LaSalle County Court, he was scheduled to be transferred to Kendall County for another court date.
