The Lake Barrington man accused of supplying a lethal dose of heroin and fentanyl to a Marseilles teen last year will be back in court in October. Public Defender Doug Kramarsic is looking to find a counteroffer for 56-year old Brian Mulcahy. So Judge Cynthia Raccuglia struck the July trial date and set one in for October 17th. Prosecutors are also looking for some more time because many of the witnesses are police officers. Mulcahy could be sentenced to up to sixty years in prison if convicted.
