The name of a local Vietnam Veteran killed in the line of duty is being honored on a street in Marseilles. Mayor Jim Hollenbeck says Main St from Rt. 6 to the bridge will be given the honorary name of Jon Charles Sapp St. Hollenbeck says the idea for the renaming came from retired Laborers Union Local 393 President David Raikes. He says Raikes first wanted the name to go on Rutland St, but there were already too many names.
