Although you have to be able to take care of yourself and masks are required inside. The environment is for those who are unable to tolerate extreme weather conditions such as power outages in extreme heat or have no air conditioning.

Spokesperson Brittney Moriarity says the cafeteria will be opened on a day by day basis. The hospital also says make sure to drink plenty of water and avoid strenuous activity outside if you can.
