Republican governor candidate Darren Bailey plans to visit LaSalle County Thursday. He’ll be at Jamie’s Outpost in Utica at 2:30pm. It’s part of a campaign tour of all the counties in Illinois in the two weeks leading up to the end of the primary.
Bailey’s the leader in a poll of Republican voters recently done for the Chicago Sun-Times and WBEZ Radio. The poll found he had 33 percent support and Richard Irvin was in second with 17 percent. But 27 percent of GOP voters hadn’t made up their minds yet.
