Bond has been set at $1 million each for two Ottawa people arrested on cocaine dealing charges Tuesday morning. Twenty-seven year old Damien M. Johnson and 30-year old Amber L. Katrein are accused of possession of cocaine, possession of heroin with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police Capt. Mike Cheatham says a patrol officer saw a vehicle leave a closed business’s parking lot at about 3:15am. Cheatham says the vehicle stopped on Champlain St. north of Interstate 80 and more police arrived to check things out. A drug dog signaled on the car.
