Two longtime tennis coaches are honored now with their names on the tennis courts at Ottawa High School. Tom Henderson coached at OHS from 1954 to 2000. Lyle Guenther coached from 1959 to 1993. School Board President Don Harris says the tennis program became well known under those two coaches because their teams did so well.
The honors have been in the works since last fall. OHS held its formal dedication this past week.
