Marquette Lady Crusaders easily defeated Putnam County 10-0 in 6 innings at June Gross Field. Kaylee Killelea struck out 16 batters and Eva McCallum had 3 hits and an RBI.
Streator won at home over Reed-Custer 6-3. Pitchers Jaelyn Blakemore and Maci Byers combined for 9 strikeouts and only one walk.
Seneca won at Dwight 10-0. Sam Vandevelde had three hits and two RBIs, Maddie Klicker went4 for 4 with two doubles and two RBIs.
Ottawa defeated Sandwich 5-3 at King Field. McKenzie Oslanzi blasted a three-run homer, Brynne Sember and Molly Buscher each had a home run bvc in the win..
Earlville won at home over Hiawatha 12-1 in 5 innings. Brooklyn Guelde pitched 8 strikeouts with two home runs and 5 RBIs
In Baseball
Marquette suffered a loss to Putnam County 5-3 at Masinelli Field. Taylor Waldron had 11 strikeouts from the mound in the loss.
Streator won at home against Reed-Custer 5-1. Sean McGurk had a single, double and two RBIs with Christian Benning going 6 innings with 9 strikeouts.
Ottawa lost at Morris 4-1. Rylan Dorsey pitched 5 innings allowed 3 earned runs with 9 strikeouts in the road loss.
Seneca defeated their host Dwight 10-0 in 5 innings.Paxton Giertz batted three hits including two doubles and Aiden Wood had three hits and an RBI.
Newark won big at home over Leland 19-3 in 4 innings. The bats were hot for Tegan Kruser, Lucas Pasakarnis, Joe Martin and Cole Reibel in the win.
Serena dominated their host Hinckley-Big Rock 15-0 in 4 innings. Cole Shannon had three RBIs), Leo Brennan, Bryce Shannon and Hudson Stafford each had 2 RBIs.
Earlville lost to Hiawatha 9-0 and LP hosted and lost to Plano 8-3.
The Ottawa tennis team won at home over LP 3-2 at the Newly named Henderson Guenther Tennis Facility. Adam Gross and Sebastian Cabrera won in singles and the team of Ethan Krafft and Noah Gross were winners in doubles.
The Ottawa JV tennis team won a LP 4-1. Rylan Salas won in singles, Partners Alan Sifuentes-Landon Thorsen, the team of Aric Threadgill-Ethan Farr and the duo of Caden Walter-Tucker Ditchfield all won in doubles.

Seneca hosted the Tri-County Conference Meet. In the boys division, Seneca finished 2nd, Marquette placed 3rd.
Wins for Irish were Josh Doloski in the 100 and 200 meter wheelchair event, Given Siegel in the 110 hurdles and the high jump, Carter Thomas in the discus and Sam Churchill in the pole vault. For the Crusaders, Caden Eller was the winner in the long jump.
In the girls division, Seneca won the Conference title, Marquette finished 4th.
Event winners for the Lady Irish: Caitlyn O’Boyle in the triple jump and the 100 meter hurdles, Teagan Johnson in the pole vault, Faith Deering in the discus, Evelyn O’Connor in the 800 and 1600 meter race, Ashley Alsvig in the 3200, Keeli Pumphrey in the 300 hurdles and the relay teams won the 100, 200 and 400 relay races.
For the Lady Crusaders Mary Jo Lechtenberg was the winner in the high jump.
At the Illinois Valley Conference Meet at Ottawa High School.
The Pirates won the Boys Conference title, Streator finished 3rd. Event winners for the Pirates: Tristan Wheeler in the 400-meter run, Deklan Ragan in the 300 hurdles, Ethan Swords in the shot put, and Michael Mills in the discus.
For the Bulldogs: Kody Danko in the 800, 1600 and the 3200 meter races and the relay teams won the 100 and 200 meter races.
At the Rescheduled Interstate Eight Conference Girls Meet.
Ottawa finished in 6th place. For the Lady Pirates, Shaylen Quinn placed 2nd in the 300 hurdles and Hannah Galletti had a 3rd place finish in the high jump.

Abby Pierce won the 100 and 300 hurdles and Kaylynn Monaghan was the winner in the 3200 meter run.
