Earlville Cruise Night is returning for its 19th year. The event is from five to 8:30pm next Saturday, March 14th.
Event Organizer Ken Zink says there is a five dollar registration fee, but it goes toward a scholarship. He says the scholarship is for students who want to go into skilled labor jobs.
Event organizer Kevin Zollars says the scholarship is through the Earlville Business Association, which also helps with the cruise night. Other events include carriage rides, music, food. Zink says there will also be a free car inspections through the National Street Rod Association.
Another event organizer Kevin Zollars says the event is nice because it has a small town feel and it’s opened up to the community. He says the t-shirts sold this year will have a rare Oldsmobile with a clear hood that shows the engine.
A goodie bag will also be given out that can give 25 owners the opportunity to have a professional picture taken by KZ studios, which is run by Ken Zink.
Zink also says because of a family issue, Buttons the Clown will not be able to make it this year.
