The Ottawa High School Board approved a three-year labor contract with teachers. Supt. Mike Cushing says it takes effect next school year.
Salaried teachers are getting 1.5% raises in each of the first two years and 2.5% in the last year. Those not getting salaries are getting 3% raises each year.
