The LaSalle County Sheriff, County Clerk, and Treasurer salaries have been set for December 2022 to November 2026. State law requires that they be set at least 180 days before the new terms start, so the County Board voted on them last week.
The Sheriff’s pay will start at $88,578 and grow to $95,389 during the term. He’ll also get $1,500 more for being the Supervisor of Safety.
The County Clerk and Treasurer will be paid $71,801 to start, with pay climbing to $77,322 in the final year. The County Clerk will get $1,500 extra for being the Supervisor of Elections.
