A Texas woman is charged with trying to commit fraud at a bank in Streator. Police arrested 46-year old Samantha R. Blanco of Houston late Thursday afternoon. She’s also named in four warrants from Texas accusing her of fraud and having controlled substances illegally. And Blanco faces local charges of having ecstasy pills, identity theft, and fraud.
