A man who wasn’t supposed to be at housing authority complex in Marseilles was chased away by police Thursday. Police Chief Brian Faber says police started a pursuit but ended it quickly after the suspect drove away at a high rate of speed.
They were never able to identify the man because his vehicle had tinted windows. A LaSalle County Sheriff’s Deputy later found the vehicle and followed it but never started a pursuit with the suspect. Faber says a parole warrant was issued for the man who is paroled out of Chicago but is from the Indiana area.
