Lloyd Maglone, 79, of Wilmington, IL, passed away Wednesday March 30, at Park Pointe Healthcare & Rehab Center.
Private services were held. Burial was in Mount Hope Cemetery. Osborne Nelson Funeral Home has been entrusted with arrangements.
Lloyd was born January 11, 1943, in Clay City, IL, to William and Bertha (Straley) Maglone . He married Doreen Berkland on Feb. 9, 1979 in Ottawa.
He retired from ADM as a tow port engineer. He and he wife owned and operated Doreen’s Tap in Seneca. He was a member of Shadow Lakes Fishing Club.
He is survived by his wife, Doreen Maglone; one daughter, Dawn (John)Vaughn; a son, Perry (Cheryl) Maglone; two grandsons, Nick (Taelor) Stuedemann and Nate Stuedemann; one great grandson, Rhett; and one sister, Alberta (Sam) Wells.
Lloyd was preceded in death by his parents.
Pallbearers will be Nick, Nate, & Doug Stuedemann, Perry Maglone, and John Vaughn.
