It’s been three years since the last congressional art contest. The first one after the pandemic is happening now. High school students from throughout Adam Kinzinger’s district can submit pictures, drawings, photographs, and other works until Friday, April 29th. The rules are available at his website. The winner’s work will be displayed in Washington, DC for a year. It’ll be in a tunnel that members of Congress use to get to the Capitol.
